Al Ain reserve team lost the match against Al Jazira 4-0 in the match played today in Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium within the 7th round of Etisalat Professional Cup. Al Jazira finished the first goal 1-0 from Ibrahima Dyakeh 15’and they added three goals later in the second half from Bary 64’ and 90+3’, and Ricardo Oliveira 67’. Consequently Al Ain stays in the second place with 10 points, while Al Jazira qualified to the semifinal of Group A with 16 points.
Both of the teams started the match carefully and the only played in the midfield area. The tenth minute witnessed the first attack from Al Ain when Mohammed Malallah sent a cross from the right to Mohd Salem who butted it but it passed acute of the left bar.
Al Jazira netted first by Ibrahima Dyakeh from a cross sent by Oliveira controlled by Bary and sent it to Ibrahima who shot it scoring the first goal 15’.
Mohd Malallah was about to draw for his team when he received a cross out of a free kick from the right sent by Ahmed Al Shamisiand butted by Malallah and moved out by Al Jazira goalkeeper 17’. Al Ain then started attacking intensively until the 25th minute when Ahmed Al Shamisi sent a strong shot of a free kick out of the box touched the goalkeeper’s fingers and hit the right bar but it didn’t meet the net. Again the bars were allies for Al Jazira when the bar met Malallah’s shot after he received in-between pass from Al Qahtani 28’.
Red card was announced for Al Jazira midfielder Abdurrahim Juma who deliberately blocked Al Shamisi 32’. Al Ain completely controlled the match and Al Qahtani shot the ball powerfully out of a free kick but again the goalkeeper moved it out 39’. Al Ain continued attacking until the first half ended 1-0 for Al Jazira.
The second half also witnessed complete control from Al Ain, but they missed the final touch in every attack which made Al Ain coach, Cosmin, to push Omar Abdurrahman instead of Mohammed Malallah 30’ minutes before the end of the match.
Bary added the second goal for his team when he received a pass by the heel from Oliveira to meet Bary who was in the offside area and he scored the second goal 64’. Later the referee gave a penalty kick for Al AJazira against Al Ain when the ball hit Mohd Ali Ayed hand. The penalty kick was shot by Oliveira and scored the third goal 67’. And finally Bary added the fourth goal for Al Jazira in the added time 90+3’ and the match was won by Al Jazira 4-0.
